One Twentieth
In Pitt Meadows there are many 1970's cape cod style builder houses. My clients own one of them, the love the area and decided to modernize the house. The scope of the renovation is largely interior design, but the exterior cladding and roofing was replaced. Some roofs and windows were also altered to subtlety modernize the exterior. A small addition was added to the back, and forms boundary of the planned Japanese Garden.
