This old house is located in a light industrial zone in Vancouver. Our goal is to maintain as much of the existing 1920 structure as we can, while modernizing it and connecting it to a new commercial service block. The project has evolved into a full heritage retention of the old house, with a clear and distinct modern service core at the back of the property clad in perforated metal. More to follow…..
