This project is in New Westminster and is in Design Development.  The architectural gestures have been kept deliberatly simple, in an effort to make the building as affordable and build-able as possible.  

Above grade the two 32' square boxes are stacked, and the upper box shifted 4' to the south and 4' to the east.  For solar and deck coverages.  The angled siding gives the static shape a pleasing texture and a hint of movement.
